Cole Slaw Dressing II recipe

1 cup water
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed

Combine sugar and water until mixture threads. Add remainder of ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Keep refrigerated. May be used on fruit salad, also.
