Creamy Mushroom Dressing recipe

1 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced

Combine all ingredients except mushrooms. Blend well. Fold in mushrooms, and chill 2 to 2 hours.
