Creamy Roquefort Dressing recipe

1/2 pound Roquefort cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup light cream or dairy sour cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash of MSG
Dash of white pepper
Dash of garlic salt

Crumble cheese; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. If a thinner dressing is desired, add additional cream or milk.

Makes about 1 pint.
