Greek Salad Dressing recipe

3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine or white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

Put all ingredients in small jar; shake thoroughly. Chill before serving.
