Avocado Aspic
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 small box raspberry gelatin
- 2 cups hot tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in tomato juice.
- Add and mix in horseradish.
- Line the bottom of a 2 cup mold with avocado slices.
- Top with gelatin mixture.
- Refrigerate until set.
