Fluffy Scalloped Corn
Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup fine cracker crumbs
- Green bell pepper, diced, if desired
- 2 beaten egg whites
Instructions
- Combine everything except the egg whites.
- Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff and fold into the combined mixture.
- Pour into shallow, buttered baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
