Parmesan-Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Roasted Brussels sprouts are coated with a creamy sauce.

Parmesan Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced, or 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Sauce

  • 1 1/4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature, cubed small
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Brussels Sprouts

  1. Toss the Brussels sprouts and garlic in olive oil and roast in a 425 degrees F oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. Set aside.

Sauce

  1. In a medium size skillet, add the broth, Italian seasoning, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese and whisk together until smooth.
  2. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook gently until heated through.
