Caramel Puff Corn
Ingredients
Corn Curls
- 1 (8 ounce) bag Puff Corn Curls
Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 pound butter (do not use margarine)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Put Puff Corn Curls into a large roaster pan.
- Put butter, brown sugar and corn syrup into a 2 quart saucepan. Cook together for 2 minutes, then add baking soda. The mixture will foam. Pour over Puff Corn Curls in roaster pan. Stir to mix well.
- Place in a 250 degrees F oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Pour onto wax paper, and break apart.
