1 (3 ounce) box orange or other flavor gelatin
2 envelopes unflavored gelatine
1 cup cold passion fruit juice or other flavor fruit juice
1 2/3 cups flavored soda pop or Champagne
Line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick foil.
Put orange gelatin into a bowl. Sprinkle unflavored gelatine over fruit juice in a saucepan. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat for 3 minutes or until gelatine dissolves. Add to orange gelatin; stir 3 minutes or until dissolved.
Stir in soda pop or Champagne, pour into baking pan.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
Lift foil from pan. Using any shape cookie cutters, cut shapes through the gelatin.
Note: pair strawberry gelatin with strawberry soda pop, grape gelatin with grape soda pop, raspberry gelatin with raspberry soda pop - whatever you like!
