1 (6 ounce) package seasoned croutons
1 (6 ounce) package fish-shaped crackers
1 (6 1/2 ounce) package pretzel twists
1 (12 ounce) can mixed nuts
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon hickory flavored salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large roasting pan; stir well. Combine last 3 ingredients; stir well. Drizzle over nut mixture; stir well. Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Yields about 3 quarts.
