Iced Tomato Gumbo Soup recipe

1 can condensed chicken gumbo soup
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1 garlic clove, finely minced
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil

Combine all ingredients. Chill thoroughly.

Garnish with sprigs of watercress to serve.

Makes 6 servings.
