Cole Slaw Soup

2 cups cole slaw mix
2 cans chicken bouillon
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup ham or bacon bits

Saute onion in butter until tender in soup pot. Add bouillon and cole slaw mix, stirring frequently. Add seasonings to taste. Bring to a full boil. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
