North Woods Cheese Spread recipe

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
2 teaspoons garlic salt
3 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Tabasco
1 teaspoon paprika
1 pound good quality margarine (not lite or whipped)
3/4 pound finely grated Cheddar cheese
3 ounces Romano cheese. grated

Mix with electric mix until well blended. Spread on bread and place until broiler until bubbly and lightly browned.
