Sweet Lemon Butter recipe

1 cup butter, soft
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Grated peel of 1 lemon
4 to 6 fresh ground lemon verbena
    leaves (omit if you can't find them)

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Refrigerate covered about 2 hours until firm.
