2 bricks frozen hash browns
2 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing
6 ounces sliced corned beef
1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Pan fry hash browns according to package instructions. Cut in half when bricks
are turned to brown on second side. Place cooked hash browns on baking sheet
and spread with dressing. Top with sauerkraut, corned beef and cheese. Broil
until cheese melts and lightly browns, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
