Impossible Taco Pie

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
4 ounces chopped green chiles
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup shredded Cheddar or jack cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a large pie pan.

Cook beef and onion until brown. Drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in pie pan. Top with chiles. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs for 15 seconds in the blender. Pour into the pie pan. Bake for 25 minutes.

Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and shredded cheese.
