Rummy Plantains
Ingredients
- 3 plantains, cut into 3 inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup Puerto Rican rum
Instructions
- Sauté the plantains in butter until they are golden.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
