Mexican Chicken

1 small package skinless chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro*Tel
1 bag Doritos brand chips
1 package shredded Mexican blend cheese

Fully cook chicken in skillet, then cut into small pieces. While chicken is cooking, heat soups and Ro*Tel in saucepan over medium heat. Pour Doritos into baking dish to cover bottom, sprinkle chicken pieces over the Doritos and pour soup mixture over chicken. Cover with shredded cheese and heat in oven at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted.
