Crabmeat Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 8 ounces crabmeat
- 1 cup finely sliced onions
- 10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chiles
- Salsa
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Mix crabmeat, cheese, onions and green chiles.
- Place five tortillas in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Cover with crabmeat mixture, top with remaining tortillas.
- Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until tortillas are lightly brown.
- Cut into wedges.
- Serve hot with salsa.
