Tequila Cocktail Sauce

1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cups chili sauce
1/2 cup prepared horseradish
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3/8 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup tequila
Salt and pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients in a bowl. Serve immediately, or chill before serving.
