Tofu Cream Cheese

12 ounces tofu
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
Juice of 3 small limes
2 tablespoons water

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.

Serve on baked potatoes or spread on bread.
