Tofu Cream Pie

2 pounds Mori-Nu tofu, firm
1 package vanilla Mori-Nu Mate
1 package chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Pinch sea salt

To pan add chocolate chips over low heat and melt.

To blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add to graham cracker crust and chill for 1 hour.
