4 cups cubed leftover turkey
1 (6 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and diced
2 cups diced celery
1 cup mayonnaise, (not salad dressing or Miracle Whip)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
Dash of pepper
3-4 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing bread cubes
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine, melted
Mix all ingredients together except bread cubes and butter. Spread in a 9
x 13-inch glass pan.
Combine bread cubes and butter and lightly press on top of mixture in pan.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Topping will be crispy.
For a moister topping, prepare stuffing according to package directions or
use 3-4 cups leftover homemade stuffing.
