Makes: 2 doz. or 12 servings, 2 cookie sandwiches each

48 NILLA Wafers
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-ounce tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam or preserves
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

SPREAD 24 wafers each with 1 teaspoon cream cheese spread; top each with 1/2 teaspoon jam.

COVER with remaining wafers to make sandwiches.

SPRINKLE with sugar. Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator.

Variation: Prepare as directed, using Reduced Fat NILLA Wafers and PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

Note: For crisper texture, serve immediately. Or for a cake-like texture, place in airtight container and store in refrigerator overnight before serving.
