Fluffy Valentine Salad

1 can cherry pie filling
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip
Pecans (if desired)

Mix all ingredients together and chill.
