Artichoke Dip

Artichoke dip is a must have at any gathering. Serve it warm with an assortment of veggies and crackers.

1 can artichoke hearts
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Drain and finely chop artichoke hearts (or use a food processor).

Mix with Hellmann's Mayonnaise and freshly grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 10 minutes or until browned.
