1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (16 ounce) bag cornbread cubes
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet.
3. Add onions and celery over medium heat until tender, about 6 minutes.
4. Remove from the heat and stir cornbread bread cubes, milk, water and eggs. Mix.
5. Now place the stuffing in a buttered casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
