Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry sauce and harvest go hand in hand.

3 cups whole cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup water

1. Add cranberries and water to a medium saucepan.

2. Bring to a simmer.

3. Add sugar and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Flavor with lemon zest or toasted walnuts.
