16 chicken wings
2 cups lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons butter
Cut off wing tips and save for a later use. Combine lemon juice, salt and
pepper. Pour over wings and marinate 4 hours, stirring to coat well on all sides.
Drain wings on paper towels. Place on foil lined broiler pan and rub each
piece liberally with the butter. Broil for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crisp
or bake at 500�F for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
