Moo Goo Gai Pan
1 (10 ounce) chicken fillet, sliced in thin strips
10 snow peas
1 carrot, diced
10 button mushrooms, sliced
1/4 head Napa cabbage
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 clove garlic
1 cup chicken broth
Cornstarch, as needed
Steam the first five ingredients. Save the garlic in the vegetable oil. Add
chicken broth. Add the steamed chicken and vegetables. Add cornstarch to desired
thickness.
Serve with rice.
