Oyster Sauce
12 oysters, finely chopped
1 cup oyster liquid
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Mix oysters and oyster liquid in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and simmer
for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve, then add soy sauce.
