Mango Lassi (Sweetened Yogurt Drink)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mango pulp (fresh or canned)
1 cup crushed ice
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
(use sugar substitute if desired)
Blend all ingredients in blender and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve
chilled. Makes about 4 servings.
