Sushi Rice
5 cups rice
5 cups water
1/2 cup rice vinegar dressing
Cook the rice and water in a rice cooker. Once cooked, put the rice in a
large bowl and gently mix in 1/2 cup vinegar dressing. Cover bowl with a wet
cloth and let the rice cool to room temperature. Use within 6 hours.
Yield: 5 cups rice.
