Tu b'Shvat Fruitcake

1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup dried fruit
1 cup mixed nuts: almonds, macadamias, walnuts, pecans, etc.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan.
Mix all ingredients together. Put into prepared loaf pan. Bake until brown.
Stick a wooden pick in the center to check if the cake is done. If it comes
out clean, you can let it cool, then enjoy!
