Rosetter (Rosettes)

This is a Norwegian recipe

2 eggs
1 tablespoon cream
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Beat eggs, then add milk and cream. Gradually add flour, salt and sugar.

Heat rosette iron in 375 degree F deep fat. Drain and dip into batter to within 1/2 inch of top of iron. Fry in fat until crisp and lightly brown. If batter slips off, iron is too cold.
