Sandkake (Norway)
1 pound butter at room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
6 cups all-purpose flour (approximately)
Press by spoonful into tart shell and bake at 350 degrees F until golden
brown.
