Hungarian Beef Goulash

Serves 2 - core

6 ounces cooked lean beef round (top round steak or bottom round, diced)
1/2 cup onions (frozen), chopped
1/2 cup frozen green bell pepper strips
1 cup canned diced tomatoes
1/2 cup fat-free beef broth
1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta (kept hot)
2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream

Combine beef, onions, peppers, tomatoes and broth in a medium pot; simmer to heat through and blend flavors - about 5 minutes. Spoon goulash over pasta and top with sour cream.
