Frozen Slush
2 cups fat-free skim milk
1/4 cup lite chocolate syrup
Whisk milk and chocolate syrup together in a medium bowl. Pour into a
shallow plastic container, cover and freeze for 20 minutes. Using a rubber
spatula, scrape slush from sides of container. Freeze again for 20 minutes
and then scrape sides again; repeat 1 or 2 more times until no liquid
remains.
Spoon into 2 tall glasses and serve.
Yields about 1 1/4 cups per serving.
