1 English muffin
2 teaspoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons apricot spread (or orange marmalade)
Ground cinnamon
Peel bananas; cut in half crosswise. Then cut each half lengthwise. Place muffin halves on a broiling pan or on a sheet of foil. Top each half with 2 banana quarters and drizzle with 1 teaspoon melted butter and spread or marmalade. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon. Broil until well heated.
