1 (18.5 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 (15 ounce) package cornbread mix
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two 8- or 9-inch square pans.
Prepare cake mix and cornbread mix according to directions. Mix batters together well. Divide between prepared pans.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown or until fork inserted near center comes out clean.
Makes 16 slices per pan.
