Chicken and Turkey Recipes

Barbecue Chicken Wings

1 cup diet cola
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
4 ounces chicken
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt

In saucepan add cola to tomato paste; stir. Add all ingredients but chicken. Heat to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken in shallow baking pan and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Remove chicken and return sauce to pan.

Bake chicken at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken when done, and serve.
