Chicken and Turkey Recipes

Chicken Rice Dish

1 (6 ounce) box UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice,
    prepared according to package directions
36 ounces cooked cubed chicken
1 diced green bell pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup diced celery
6 ounces sliced water chestnuts
2 cans Weight Watchers cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup Weight Watchers mayonnaise
3 ounces potato chips

Mix all except potato chips, and let set overnight in sprayed cake pan in refrigerator.

Crumble 3 ounces potato chips on top just before baking. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes.

Serves 12.
