Chicken and Turkey Recipes

Oven Fried Chicken

1 pound skinned chicken breasts
6 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 egg, beaten with 2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 ounces corn flakes, crushed
8 teaspoons melted butter
1 ounce Parmesan cheese

Mix flour, salt and pepper together.

In another bowl mix corn flakes with Parmesan cheese. Coat chicken with flour, dip in egg then roll in corn flakes. Place in sprayed with cooking oil spray pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour.

Serves 4.

Counts as 1 bread, 4 protein, 1 fat (if Weight Watcher butter is not used it's 2 fat) on Weight Watcher diet.
