2.5 Points Per Serving
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 each powdered egg substitute
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon coconut extract
1/2 tablespoon almond extract
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Warm extracts. Blend in peanut butter. Add a teaspoon of water, if
necessary to make smooth.
In a separate container, whisk egg substitute. Whisk in applesauce, and
then peanut butter mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add liquid mixture and
whiskr. Pour into an 8-inch square pan that has been sprayed and floured.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes.
