Frozen Coconut Snowballs
6 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 cups fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt, divided
6 pieces peppermint hard candy, crushed
1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
Pour 1 tablespoon syrup into bottom of 6 goblets or small bowls.
Add a small scoop of frozen yogurt to each goblet.
Sprinkle each with peppermint candies and coconut. Serve immediately.
