Frozen Strawberry-Pineapple Mousse recipe

2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved, frozen
3 cup pineapple, chopped, frozen
1 large banana(s), chopped, frozen
1/2 cup soy cream cheese (tofu cream cheese)
1 cup lite whipped topping

Put strawberries, pineapple and banana into a food processor and pulse until pureed. Add soy cream cheese and puree. Add whipped topping and pulse just until incorporated. Pour into an 8-inch square pan and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.

Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving and cut into 8 pieces.
