Orange Fluff
This is a delicious WW dessert, fast and easy to prepare. It's also good
frozen.
2 (8 ounce) containers fat free Cool Whip
2( 8 ounce) containers fat-free plain yogurt
1 large can mandarin oranges
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 small boxes fat-free vanilla pudding (instant)
Drain juice from oranges and pineapple. Cut up oranges in smaller pieces. Mix
cool whip and yogurt together. Add oranges and pineapple and mix. Sprinkle
pudding over mixture and stir well. If mixture is too thick, add some of the
pineapple juice. Chill and serve.
Servings: 10
Serving size: 1 cup - 4 WW points
NOTE: This recipes makes a lot, so you may halve it if desired.
