Turtle Pie recipe

Serves 8.

1 (6 ounce) graham cracker pie crust
1 (4 ounce) box sugar free chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 1/4 cups Cool Whip, divided
1 tablespoon miniature chocolate chips
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
1 tablespoon caramel sauce

Blend pudding mix with skim milk. Mix in 1/4 cup Cool Whip. Pour mixture into crust.

Spread 1 cup Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon miniature chocolate chips, and top with chopped pecans. Chill at least 30 minutes.

Just before serving, drizzle with 1 tablespoon caramel saucet.

Serving size: 1/8th of pie
