Turkey Goulash

1 pound ground turkey
1 (16 ounce) can whole tomatoes, chopped
2 cups tomato or V8 juice
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons dried onions
2 packages artificial sweetener
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces (do not drain)
2 ounces uncooked macaroni
Salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste

Brown turkey with seasonings. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook uncovered until liquid is absorbed.
