Weight Watchers Casserole recipe

1 pound turkey breakfast sausage
1 cup Minute Rice
1 package frozen vegetables
1 small head cabbage
2 large cans stewed tomatoes

Brown sausage and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan or dish, or you may spread the uncooked sausage in bottom of dish. Spread rice over meat. Spread vegetables over rice. Cut up cabbage and spread over vegetables. Pour cans of stewed tomatoes over the top. Lay aluminum foil loosely over top.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
